1. What this is
Get Your SHOW Together™ ("the app") is a web application built to help independent makers and artists manage craft and vendor show applications, logistics, tasks, and results. By creating an account or using your personal access link, you agree to these terms.
2. Beta software
You're using this app during its beta period. That means:
- Features may change, break, or be removed as the app develops.
- We test changes before releasing them, but bugs happen -- please keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.
- The app is provided "as is" during beta, with no guarantee of uptime or uninterrupted access.
3. Pricing
The app is free to use during the beta testing period. After beta, pricing is as follows:

The beta tester rate applies to your first year only, starting when public pricing goes into effect, and is available to testers who complete the beta program. After your first year at that rate, your subscription renews at the then-current standard rate unless we say otherwise. Pricing may change in the future; we'll give existing subscribers notice before any increase takes effect for them.
4. Cancellation & refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
- Monthly subscriptions: cancellation stops future billing; we don't provide partial-month refunds for time already used.
- Annual subscriptions: if you cancel, you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for; we don't provide prorated refunds for unused months.
- If something goes genuinely wrong on our end -- a billing error, a feature that was promised and never delivered -- email us. We'll make it right.
5. Your content
You own the data, photos, and documents you upload to the app. We store it on your behalf to provide the service -- we don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it for anything beyond running the app and improving it. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't use the app to:
- Upload content that's illegal, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Interfere with the app's normal operation (e.g., attempting to overload or hack it).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Our ownership
"Get Your SHOW Together" and its logo are trademarks of the app's owner. The app's design, code, and branding are protected and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (which, during beta, is $0).
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app develops. We'll notify active users of material changes rather than updating silently.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
